I have an issue with the Apple Pencil not charging through the case.
i have had this set up almost 18 months without an issue, over the past month, it’s not not charging.
is it due to COVID? (That was a joke)
seriously, cannot figure out what has charged.
Any help advice would be appreciated.

Good news, but, not knowing that case and not being able to make tests here, I can't tell you what's wrong with your case.
Have you already tried to contact the case's manufacturer support team and ask them?

The strange thing is, it’s been working the past 18 months without any issues.

they are good cases.
i personally think it’s the pencil.
It charges.
If it's the pencil... why is it charging without the case?
Really weird. I would investigate contacting the manufacturer.
