bought a new Mac, photos from old Mac won't transfer
All my files from my old Mac transferred to the new Mac EXCEPT my photo library. How do I transfer them

Are you running Photos or iPhoto on the old Mac?
How big is your library?
If your old mac is working, you can set up network sharing:

Or Target Disk mode:

Or, of course, sneakernet.
