Safari can't open the page

Help! I get an error message saying

Safari can't open the page "The operation couldn't be completed (KCFErrorDomainCFNetwork error 303.) after I authorized Adobe Digital Editions 4.5 to recognize my computer to be able to download e-books from the Public Library using their Overdrive app. Can anyone help me out? I'm so stuck.

Downloads Fail with Safari Unable to download Firefox or OfficeLibre. Running Monterey v12.3 and Safari v15.4 (v12.2 and v15.3 also did not work). My copy of Safari can't open many websites-why not? I realize that that issue-Safari's inability to open some or all websites-is probably due to some ill-advised setting I have made in Safari. OK, mea culpa. How do I either figure out which setting is causing the problem, or how do I reset Safari to All Systems Go to start afresh? Thanks for any help you can offer. By "Can't open" I mean that if I click on a highlighted name or subject, or "Enter" a new subject, what happens is not a new image onscreen, but just a blank grey screen bearing no information whatever.

safari stopped working after fresh install of Monterey 16.2 First i upgraded the OS from App store, safari stopped working. Then after reading the steps to resolve the problem, could not fix it so erased the drive and installed new OS . First Safari worked for sometime then i keep getting "This webpage was reloaded because a problem occurred" i have deleted the plist, safari, caches, cookies folders, restarted the mac still cannot open any site. Thankyou, I deleted cookies from my web data for the overdrive app and waalaa Safari opened the page!!!!!! YEA!!!
