Hijacking MSN browser

Has anyone experienced the problem that when you go into MSN via Safari it sends you to a site Ads.Yahoo.com and keeps coming up with get-user-I’d ?

Safari fails to open several legit sites. Why doe's Safari 16.5.1 fails to open several legit sites that Firefox has no issue with.

guce.advertising When using Safari on mac, whenever I enter aol.com in address bar, I get redirected to "guck.advertising.com" and Safari displays "Safari cant's Open the page https://guce.advertising.com/collectIdentifiers?sessionId=2_cc-session_d430813a-cb1b-45c1-83dc-1e45e9189c43 because the server unexpectedly dropped the connection. I believe guck.advertising is a malware redirecting my entry and preventing me from accessing aol when using Safari. I tried to reset Safari to default setting bu it has not helped. I purchased & downloaded ZAP app from the APP store and it did not detect guck. Any one knows how to get rid of guce.advertising malware on MACOS? I am using Safari v13.01 on macOS 10.14.6

The only way I can stop it hijacking is to Block all cookies in settings for Safari, but this is not suitable for any period of time.

Yes, I have the same problem on my iPad and iPhone.. Any ideas how to get rid of it? Is it a security risk? How or what did I do to download it. Clicked on Safari, then on the MSN.com logo for my homepage and I have: get_user-Id. Any help would be appreciated.
