High Sierra not available for download

I'm trying to upgrade from El Capitan to High Sierra. When I use the link in the upgrade article, it directs me to the iTunes store. It gives me the message "The item you requested is currently not in the US store." How can I upgrade?

iMac 21.5″, OS X 10.11
