MacBook Air (2020) battery drains overnight

I have a new MacBook Air that is less than 90 days old. The battery drains 60% or more overnight while it's in sleep mode (with all apps quit, too). Further, it takes 3-4 hours to charge the battery. Neither of these is consistent with my prior experience with MacBooks - my 7 year old MacBook Pro charges in 90 minutes and it still maintains much of the charge overnight while in sleep mode. I've made no changes to my network setup so it seems to be an issue with the new MacBook Air.

Any ideas / solutions?
