After a apple watch is reset and unpaired from one phone to another can you still view messages from the previous phone?

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. We understand you’d like to know if you can still view messages on your Watch from an iPhone it has been unpaired with. We’ll be happy to help.
Once you’ve unpaired Apple Watch from an iPhone, the messages will not be available to read on the watch. Once it’s paired back up with an iPhone it will only have access to the messages on the current iPhone it is paired with. You can read more about this here:
