Phone is in Ghost Mode

my phone has a mind of its own & won't stop clicking things when I'm not even touching it. was wondering if there was something i could do to fix it that doesn't involve replacing the entire screen. i've tried resetting my settings, resetting my home screen, restarting my iphone, and checked to make sure my phone was updated to the latest iOS. not sure what else to try plz help
