Why is the Sony Crackle app pre installed on Apple TV 4K when it’s not available to use in Australia?
No third party apps are pre-installed on Apple TV (4th generation or later).

It’s a brand new Apple TV 4K purchased 2 days ago, I have just realised that I’m on the US site and I had thought I was on the AU site. Maybe it’s different here in AU as a recently purchased smart tv also had this app on which also shows no content. Have found that Australia no longer has crackle rights so this is obviously the reason.

It was not pre installed on mine, never heard of the app until now, maybe your appletv was a second hand with some app installed by the previous owner?
