Screen turns green when full screen Catalina

Just purchased the new MacBook Pro 13inch, 10th Gen Chip, OS Catalina.

Keep getting random green screen flickering when going full screen on Youtube or Netflix.

Saw an old thread that posted a work around by going to: Accessibility > Display > Cursor

Changing the cursor size fixes it however only seems like a short term solution (it resets and have to do this again).

Has anyone gotten any updates from support about this bug?

To clarify this only happens on my monitor (BenQ), tested by using a PC and can confirm its a MacOS issue.

Spent a pretty penny to have something like this keep happening, hoping they fix soon .
