Does anyone know how to remove a popup from Safari on the iPad that says “Do you want to download “get-user-id”?

Go to Settings>Safari>Clear History and Website Data. Force close Safari. Restart your iPad.


If you want to retain the history you can clear the Website Data in Settings>Safari>Advanced>Website Data. You can clear the Website Data completely or selectively using the Edit button.
