I bought a mid 2011 imac from a pawn shop. It was owned by the Alhambra Unified School district in California. The Meraki Systems Manager profile wasn't removed. How do I remove it? And "yes" I have a receipt.

I suspect it might be stolen. Alhambra Unified School District does not send its used computers to pawn shops. Have you thought about that?

You should contact the School District to make sure this is not stolen property. In which case you would need to return it and get your money refunded from the pawn shop.

Typically, these profiles require a special password to remove them or erase the disk.
