unrecognized charge from an error apple site ?
what can i do to get my money back from a suspicious charge that isn’t in your or any other apple id account?

First of all, figure out if it is a real charge, or just a scam email trying to scare you.
If it is a real charge that you can see on your account, proceed as follows:
If you see "apple.com/bill" or an unfamiliar charge on your statement - Apple Support
