I recently reset my iPhone because there was no other way to fix it. I had not backed up my previous photos and messages etc. so all was deleted from my phone. However if I look on my Apple Watch, everything is still there. Is it possible to move the photos and messages from my Apple Watch to my phone. Thanks.

Have you enabled iCloud Photos on your iPhone already because if you did, the photos should sync with the device.
