Pages - how to create A5 documents?

I have compiled a list of information and have separated each part onto different pages on Pages on my Macbook. I would like each page to be configured so it is scaled correctly so it can be printed to a5 paper. Could anyone please offer some guidance on how to do this?

Documents panel. A5 is one of the paper size choices. Your current document view will rescale to A5 sizing when you select it.
