Cannot sync iPad Pro to Mac mini
cannot synce my iPad Pro OS 13.5.1 to my Mac mini Catalina. It shows Syncing (step 5 of 5 )- waiting for changing to be applied. What to do, pls.

After long chat with Apple advisor, still cannot resolve. She recommended to reset Mac. But I decide to reset my iPad Pro instead which is easier. It can resolve the issue. So now I can sync my iPad Pro with Mac mini Catalina. But thanks to the advisor, she tried a lot.
