I purchased an in-app purchase with 3.69 SAR and at the same minute, another purchase was made by Apple with 43.27 SAR that I didn't make? It doesn’t even show in my last purchases that i have made that kind of a purchase! What should i do?

If it doesn’t show in your purchases Apple is not involved in the transaction, and it might not have anything to do with your iPhone at all. An app does not have access to your Apple ID account, so while it might charge you for something you would have had to enter payment information in the app.
Thank you, but i have already checked all of these, and the 43.27 SAR purchase doesn’t even show in my last 90 days purchases! But it already got withdrewd from my bank account! I think it’s the game app problem
