I've test 2 different bluetooth devices and I got the same issue, when the mic is enable I heard a weird noise and my Mac seems to be slow (mouse pointer lose precision). It happens only with an audio bluetooth device, built-in device works fine. The same devices in other computer or smartphone work correctly.
It seems to be a codec issue:
I've looked for this issue on internet but I couldn't find a solution. Any idea to solve it?

Thanks for your answer, but it doesn't seem to be the right issue, I've tried to turn off all bluetooth devices leaving just mouse and headset and very near to my computer I get the same problem, in the other hand, I turn on all my devices again but instead of connect my headset to my Mac I connect it to my smartphone and it works perfectly.
