When Mac OS is installed if you set up iCloud https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208682

The only way is to sign out https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/mac-help/mh36825/10.14/mac/10.14

Or delete the account permanently from server https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208504
