FileVault is industrial-strength encryption. If you know the password, or saved the recovery key, you can get access.

Use FileVault to encrypt the startup disk on your Mac - Apple Support

For all others, possibly including you, the information is just gibberish. There is no back door and no work-around.

What is the date of your Most recent backup?
