Icloud email

Is it possible to change icloud email that i use for logging in? It’s an awfull apple id name and cause of that i can’t send mail or show others it..

Thanks for answer.

the thing is i dont have an option to change my id on that tutorial :(

maybe there is an other solution? I have too much data on this ID to make a new one..
