How to remove lines at top right after editing photos

When I edit a photo on my Mac in photos it leaves a series of lines on top right. Anyway to get rid of those?

Thanks

Check the View menu: If View > Metadata > Edited is enabled, you will be seeing a badge with three sliders on the thumbnail, to show that the photo has adjustments applied.
