I purchased an album in the iTunes Store. The process stopped in the middle and songs were not downloaded to my Mac. All the songs and the album show purchased , but not play? How do I restart the process?

Thank you for the reply. The album and the songs were not downloaded by iTunes store. next to each song was a greyed out "purchased" not play. It took days to get t through to a live tech support person. He was able to find the album stuck in the iTunes computer. Thanks again
