Apple watch Manufacturing defect.

Please check this issue in my apple watch. Side button automatically came out but when I went to claim warranty Apply care said it is not covered since this is physical damage. The defect has to do with manufacturing but apple care claims physical damage. I have attached the photos. Button came out by itself . I explained in detail to Apple care but they said warranty cannot be claimed.
