How do I fix a mistake in manually added Apple Health data (weight data)

I have added a few historical weight numbers into Apple Health, but got the year wrong on one of them, putting it out of order. How do I amend this entry to fix the date? I don't seem to be able to tap it or long tap it and can't find any kind of edit option.

You have to delete it and re-enter it.

Are you using iOS 13? If you go into the Health app, select Summary at the bottom, select Weight.. then scroll down to the bottom you'll see an option for 'Show All Data'. If you go in there, should be an Edit option in the upper right, or you can just swipe to the left on an individual entry
