My safari clear history button is grey in the app and settings. I don’t have any restrictions on or that so I don’t know what to do

It sounds like you are having an issue where the clear history button in Safari is greyed out. There are a few steps you can try to resolve this issue.
- Quit the app.

- Restart the device.
- Check for profiles.
Settings> General> Profiles, if Profiles is not an option, you do not have a profile installed.
