How to watch Apple TV Plus from an old AppleTV device
I have an Apple TV model MC572E/A with the latest software version available (6.2.1) but I don’t see the AppleTV Plus App. Is there a limitation for older models to get the app?

Yes, Apple TV app which provides Apple TV+ subscription works on Apple TV 3rd generation or newer: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210740
