can I know steps to format sd card on Mac

Connect the SD Card to your MacBook. Not sure which MacBook you have so I am unable to tell you which adapter you need (you may already have one). Once connected and the SD card is recognized and displayed on your desktop then you can open the DISK UTILITY app. In that app select your SD Card and then choose ERASE and in the next dialogue box choose the type of Format and execute the action.
