Charger Stopped Working Within A One Month Purchase of New iPhone

No support from iPhone Team.

With reference to the attached receipt of iphone purchase from Reliance Digital Prabhadevi Store, kindly note We have purchase iphone 7 last month 19th June 2020. Please note, My Iphone Charger is stopped working completely.

We request you to kindly replace the same at earliest as my purchase is in warranty period.

We’d appreciate your early support and service.

I don't how the dirt gets dirty, I am unsure why you keep asking questions when we are unable to help

Please contact apple support or return the product back to the store where you got it to see if they can help

Of course you are not apple., but inspite of trying for replacement very long., no such support.,, hence we are finding any ways to get this issue resolved.

Every try has done from my end., but no satisfactory assistance is providing., the contact no. Of store has been provided to me by apple support.,, and that no. Is not available for incoming calls.,, how will we gonna to store., apple asked us to call before going to store., but store no. Is not in Service., who will assist in such case 😔
