watch paint

I just bought my Apple Watch series 3 four months back, nd used it rarely and carefully.But now I observe that paint is chipping off from the back body panel.What the heck is that.Apple products are prized very high nd they offer such cheap materials that goes worn out after just 3-4 months of usage??? Can I get replacement as it still has more than 6 months of warranty remaining
