Problems with apps updates, subscriptions and App Store

Hello guys!

for two days I have a problem with my App Store. I would like to get a premium in YouTube or Amazon Prime. When I am in App Store/Subscriptions and click my choice (for example: 1 month of YouTube Premium) then every option is grey, unclickable and nothing happen. This is happening with every sub I want to get.
