Boot loop and phone not getting detected on Mac/PC

Hello,

I have an issue with my iPhone X (iOS 13.3).

The phone suddenly went off while in my pocket and since then, it's in a boot loop. The only way to stop is to let it finish it's battery, but if connecting the charger, the boot loop starts again.

Please note that:

    • DEF mode cannot be accessed (due to rebooting too early by phone)
    • Phone is not detected by either a Macbook/Windows PC
    • I've tried connecting the phone either in boot loop or recovery mode and still not getting detected
    • The only official apple reseller from my country did not knew how to solve the issue
    • https://getsupport.apple.com is not accessible from any device I own in my house and the error i see is "403 Forbidden | Apple"

Thank you,

Roberto

Hello MoonJ,

How I also mentioned above, i've already tried force restart (recovery mode) and also I cannot see the phone om either Windows PC or Macbook so i cannot follow the steps mentioned in the second link.

Do you have any other suggestion?

Hello, Roberto.

After reviewing your post, it appears that you're having a problem with your iPhone X on iOS 13.3. It only keeps restarting and you're having problems stopping it. Even if you allow the battery to drain, when you charge it enough, the rebooting starts again. We're glad to help with this.

Force restart iPhone -- In order to recover your iPhone, the operating system needs to be found. This is why iTunes doesn't see your iPhone. Instead of restarting, force restart your iPhone X and see if goes to the Home screen.

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen -- Once it's stopped rebooting, but it doesn't go to the Home screen, you may only see the Apple logo or a red or blue screen. Follow the steps under "If your device turns on but gets stuck during start up" to reinstall the operating system.

Take care.
