I have put my own music performances recorded on CD onto my iMac. I pay for Apple Music and Family Sharing. The music is available on my iPhone but not on the other family devices. How can I fix this so my family members can enjoy?

Each family member will need to import those tracks to their iTines Library and allow Apple Music to sync it to their iCloud Music Library.
Airdropping will allow you to go from your files app to their files app, but it won't show up in the Music app.
