US Cellular and Apple Watch
I was looking at getting an Apple Watch Series 3, and saw that the carriers for it we're Verizon, at&t, T- mobile, and Sprint. I use US cellular and just wanted to check if there was a way it could work with that or not.

You can get a GPS only Apple Watch, which does not care what carrier your iPhone uses. The GPS only can do Everything the cellular can do as long as your iPhone is nearby, where that is more or less somewhere in the same house. The GPS can track your exercise and upload the data to your iPhone Health app without the iPhone being nearby. The GPS only can have music, Podcasts, and Audiobooks transferred to the Apple Watch and played via Bluetooth headphones away from your iPhone.
The cellular model can make phone calls, text, stream music, etc... and your iPhone can stay at home (powered on, and connected to the internet, but at home) while you go for a walk, run, bike ride, etc...
