Blue screen when trying to install Windows 10 Pro on MacBook Pro 13" 2017

Hello,

I just tried to install Windows 10 Pro on my new MacBook Pro 13" running Catalina 10.15.5 (19F101). After the computer restarts and when the installation process should begin, I instantly get a blue screen saying "Your PC run into a problem and need to restart."

There are no peripherals attached

Which windows 10 version? There have been a wide variety of

serious issues on all platforms trying to update or install

Windows 10, version 2004 on anything but the latest

Intel chips (9th and 10th gen). If this is what you are trying

to install, find a version Windows 10, 1909 or older.

Yes. Boot Camp got the iso file then downloaded the needed software then rebooted the Mac. Windows logo came up and instead of the installation process there came the BSOD. I even downloaded another iso Windows file thinking maybe that's corrupted but the same thing happend. I tried deleting all my SSD for reinstalling Catalina in case there were any software conflicting but couldn't go further as I encountered another problem that Catalina refused to be installed so I ended up restoring. During this, I witnessed that the SSD has 2 partitions exactly the same: Macintosh HD and Macintosh HD Data both having the same amount of space but with different amount of used space. I deleted both when in Recovery Mode but as I ended up restoring, I have the same 2 partitions right now again. Could this be the reason?

macOS Catalina runs on a dedicated, read-only system volume called Macintosh HD. This volume is completely separate from all other data to help prevent the accidental overwriting of critical operating system files. Your files and data are stored in another volume named Macintosh HD - Data

Verify your Windows10 is the 64-bit version.

Catalina is 64-bit only application

I have no way of thanking you.

You literally saved my life. My university entrance exam is in online in 10 days due to COVID-19 in Italy and it needed windows.

You didn't just answer me to install (stupid) Windows, you saved me.

Keep up the good work, you inspired me to dedicate my time to answer questions here.

Thank you with my best wishes for your health
