Remove Macbook from my Apple ID

If I remove my Mac from my Apple ID, could someone else sign in to the device with his Apple ID?

I have already erased the hard drive and reinstalled the Mac OS.

The device should in in an out-of-box state as I don't continue the setup process.

I plan to sell this device, so I just want to make sure someone else could sign in without any problem.
