I bought a new Mac Pro, and one usb-c to two hdmi connector to set multi monitors for my stock trading, it looks the two monitors same picture. Do I need buy two separate usbc to hdmi connectors to connect two different usbc?

Depends on the adapter. First step is to go to System preferences > displays > arrangement tab and make sure the box to mirror the displays is unchecked.
