Just installed the latest build of Windows, iTunes and iCloud. I am trying to sync pictures in the cloud with so that they download to my local system. All the writtups refer to going into the iCloud setting and checking off several options under the Photos settings, but these no longer exist. for example.
So how do i get iCloud to sync photos locally,

It seems you're trying to download your Photos content from iCloud, and we can help.
You have all the correct options set up from the looks of your screenshot.
Next, follow these steps:
"New photos and videos you add to iCloud Photos will automatically download to your PC. You can also download your collection by year when you follow these steps:
Your photos and videos download to the location you set in iCloud Photos Options."

I think you have misinterpreted monkar57 post. They say they don’t have those options on iCloud. I have also just downloaded th latest version, and I cannot synch photos either. There is no download to PC option.
