Phone in pool
my brother has just dropped his phone in the pool. It cracked a bit and is glitching a lot. It still works and turns on but it couldn’t possibly have water in it.

If it fell in a pool it has water in it. It is a dead phone. Turning it on is the worst possible thing to do. Let it dry out for several days, powered off and not plugged in. But most likely it will need to be replaced.
