I’m in Brazil south part no apple stores here what should I do the iPhone X it is glitching hard on a green screen and here is way to much to buy a new screen my iPhone have been use for a week not even n start glitching

After reviewing your post, it appears that your iPhone X won't fully start up. It stops on a green screen. We're glad to help with this.
If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen -- Since you're unable to get past the green screen on your iPhone X, force restart your phone using the steps under "If your screen is black or frozen".
If your iPhone X restarts but stops at the Apple logo, or a red or blue screen, follow the steps under "If your device turns on but gets stuck during start up".
