3 Apple Watches = 3 Different Names?

I have 3 Apple Watches, How can I name each one a different name? Thank you

Two Apple Watches with same name I have two Apple watches. I use one when I go out and one when I’m at home. This way, one is charging while I use the other. One is Series 7, the other Series 4. Both watches have the same name and I’m not seeing any issues with that. I even note that there are different backup files (one for each watch since they are different types) despite that they have the same name so is there some reason this same name might be a problem that I’m missing?

I can only name all 3 watches the same name in the App under General and About?! I would like to differentiate?! Thank you
