Apple TV in-app purchases
I purchased a season pass to the new War of the Worlds series and i can only see episodes 1&2. Why is this and what are the release dates for the rest of the series? (I'm in Australia)

It seems that SBS Australia has broadcasting/streaming rights for Australia for this show, and they have aired/released ep1 and ep2 so far. I would expect that further episodes will be made available through iTunes after airing there.
