The ECG app does not work in my country , why is that .

Palestine or UAE have not approved the ECG app yet,here is a list of countries that have approved the ECG app.;

What country are you in?.

For the ECG app to work on your watch the ECG app has to be approved by;

A. the government of the country in which the watch was bought and

B.the government of the country in which you reside.

UAE government has not approved ECG.

And you would still need your government to approve as well.
