Fast charging for iPad
Can I charge my iPad using my Samsung fast charger or super vooc charger adapter and use lightening cable so that my iPad charger faster

Yes, that iPad supports fast charging as described in the article in my previous reply. See: Fast charge your iPhone and iPad - Apple Support
