Can Apple fonts configured on the MacBook Pro be legally used for commercial publishing of paper books?

Can the Apple fonts configured on the MacBook Pro be legally used for commercial publishing of paper books?

For a book layout design, a designer specifically has purchased the Apple computer: MacBook Pro, as well as registered legal usages of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and has mainly used STKaiti, Baoli SC, Libian SC, XingkaiSC, STSong, Hei, Impact, and Times New Roman from the Apple fontbook.

The publisher requires the book designer to provide clear and accurate official legal documents from Apple, proving that Apple fonts can be legally used for commercial purposes; otherwise, Apple fonts must be replaced with the Fangzhen fonts or Hanyi  fonts that the publisher has purchased  legal use rights.

Please advise.

Thank you.

Sincerely,

Adam L.
