Ive done all this and apple tv still doesn't log in.

I want to simply log in to my 3rd gen apple TV to watch Greyhound. It has already taken long to troubleshoot than it will take to watch the actual movie.

Apple TV (3rd generation) needs to be updated to the latest version of Apple TV software to use Apple TV Plus


if it’s about not being able to enter the verification code, do as follows: the code is entered onto the end of the password as one entry. Example: “password123456” - no spaces - then click submit 

  • email- submit
  • password123456- submit
