I cannot log into Apple TV Plus. After putting in email and password, it just scrolls.

This is what shows (I am using the correct email and password).

I'm trying to log in via MacBook, but same happens on my iPhone.

Relatedly: I cannot find Apple TV app on my new Apple TV.

More info: I'm in Iceland, and have the most recent iOS on all devices. Logging in via a different Wifi does not help.

Users with an Icelandic Apple ID account do currently not have Apple video services available, unfortunately. Consequently, those users wouldn’t be able to subscribe, buy, or rent either.
