Hello
My father & I both have iPhones and both have our iMessage turned on but we are unable to send or receive messages from each other. When I try to call him it goes straight to answerphone even when his phone is on & it’s not in do not disturb mode.
Can anyone advise how to fix this?
I am able to iMessage others, just not my Dad!

Could he have accidentally blocked your number? If the person has blocked you the I-message won't send and calls will likely go straight to voicemail
Go into contacts, find your father, and scroll to the bottom it should say Unblock this caller. He should do the same.
