Question regarding the letter that you sent me?

My mother received this letter on her iPad but it has her email address and my name. Can you explain to me what it’s for? I’m not sure if this is regarding her iPad or mine and Which one of us has been making the payments? There was a pause on my credit card if you weeks ago but it now is up and running again. Please tell me what this $.99 is for?

  1. This is a user to user forum. You are not addressing Apple here only other users like yourself.
  2. You can verify who holds the iCloud Storage subscription by following the steps here from each of your devices. It will only appear on the account that has it: Buy more iCloud storage - Apple Support
  3. The $0.99 are as explained in the email for iCloud Storage. Specifically the 50GB of iCloud storage. iCloud Storage is Storage space in an Apple server somewhere for backups. photos, email and and other files you store in iCloud drive.
  4. If you paused the card, the Apple billing process may have tried to charge or verify it before it was un paused and failed. As such you would need to verify it in your account. See here: Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support
  5. The name in the email comes from whatever you have set for the Apple ID. You can verify what it is for both Apple IDs by logging in to your Apple ID at:  appleid.apple.com and sign in. In the Account section, choose Edit. Choose Change Apple ID.
  6. Also, don't post sensitive data in a public forum, where anyone can see it. Your image has been removed by the admins of the forum.
