I did not consent to receive electronic statements. Unknown to me you sent statements to a 25 year old email of my husband. I was never given the option to update the email or choose paper statements. I had one purchase on the card that was returned

I used the card once, then I returned the iPad I purchased. I never added the apple card to my wallet on my phone, because I had no plans to use it. Then I received cash back, that I did not even know they were doing. Then I was charged the cash back amount. I never consented to receiving electronic statements to a 25 year old email of my husbands, I was never asked what would be the best email to send a statement, I was never given the option for paper statements. Now 3 months later apple has destroyed my credit over 24$ that I did not even know I owed. If they gave me cash back that I have to refund where is it? I don't see it in my account and I never used the card after I got the cash back.
